The audit and review objective is to assess the effectiveness of security arrangements in selected environments and in the process measure the existing security protocols and delivery of same against World’s best practice.

To form a conclusion against the objective, the following high level criteria are tested:

• Is there appropriate protective security governance arrangements in place, including clear roles and responsibilities and sound arrangements for training, communication, incident management and reporting;
• Has a sound physical security risk assessment been undertaken and has suitable management practices been established; and
• Has a physical security policy and security plan been developed and implemented, and is it supported by relevant procedures
• Does the security being provided offer adequate protection for our client’s assets including personnel.
